We offer flexible supply chain models to suit different programmes, including full buy, free-issue and hybrid procurement approaches, supported by controlled receiving, storage, segregation and traceability. Verification is applied throughout the manufacturing route, including goods-in checks, in-process inspection (including AOI where applicable), functional testing and controlled release to dispatch.

For new products and product changes, our structured NPI support includes prototyping, first-article and pilot builds, together with DFM/DFT feedback to reduce technical and schedule risk before scale-up. This approach helps to establish stable processes, predictable yields and clear acceptance criteria before repeat production commences.

We provide customer-ready fulfilment, including unit configuration and software/firmware programming where required, product identification and labelling, serialisation, and packing into point-of-sale (POS) packaging with kitting of associated accessories and documentation. Where practical, and subject to customer and product requirements, we incorporate environmental considerations through right-sized packaging to minimise void fill and, where appropriate, the use of recyclable or recycled-content packaging materials.
