Lee A Jackson BSc MIET

Provides overall strategic direction and leadership for the business, ensuring that customer requirements, commercial objectives and operational capability remain aligned. Oversees key customer relationships, supports major quotations and programme decisions, and ensures that appropriate resources, risk management and governance are applied to deliver on quality, schedule and performance commitments.

Managing Director

Julie Dunkley

Responsible for financial management and administrative governance, including budgeting, reporting, pricing support, and oversight of business administration processes. Supports operational planning through financial control and ensures that administrative systems and compliance requirements enable efficient, well-controlled programme delivery.

Finance and Administration Director

Jo Dunkley

Manages day-to-day office operations and supply chain coordination, supporting effective communication and smooth execution of customer orders. Responsibilities typically include administration of order processing and customer liaison, documentation flow and configuration awareness, and coordination of internal activities to ensure that information and requirements are issued clearly and on time. The role also provides oversight of purchasing and supplier liaison, including placement and acknowledgement of purchase orders, expediting of materials, coordination of deliveries, and support for controlled receipt, stock management and issuing of materials to production to maintain traceability and build readiness.

Office / Supply Chain Manager

Alistair Renton

Leads production operations to deliver safe, efficient and repeatable manufacture in line with customer requirements. Responsible for production planning and scheduling, labour and resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to controlled work instructions and defined process controls. Manages day-to-day shop-floor performance, including oversight of in-process quality checks, containment of nonconformances and coordination of corrective actions. Works closely with engineering, quality and supply chain functions to maintain throughput, reduce variation, and support on-time delivery against agreed customer priorities.
